Privacy Policy

When you create an account or contact us, you may provide your name, email address, and account information. When you contact support, the content of those communications is also retained so we can respond and keep a record of the conversation.

As you use 107ProPilot, we maintain learning records that support your progress and the product’s learning features. These include lesson progress, quiz activity, practice-exam attempts, scores, and course-completion data.

When you make a purchase, we keep purchase and fulfillment information such as order status, the purchased product, the amount, and transaction identifiers related to your Stripe payment.

Payments are processed through Stripe. 107ProPilot does not receive or store your complete payment-card number. Stripe handles card data under its own security standards.

We collect technical and account information reasonably required to operate, protect, and troubleshoot the service, such as sign-in details and service activity needed to keep your account working and secure.

We use information to:

• operate your account and provide access to purchased training;
• process purchases and fulfill course access;
• support learning-progress features such as lesson completion and exam attempts;
• protect security and help prevent fraud;
• respond to customer support requests;
• improve the product; and
• meet applicable legal obligations.

We share information only as reasonably necessary to operate the service. This includes service providers such as Stripe (for payments) and Base44 (the platform that hosts the application). We may also disclose information when required by law.

107ProPilot does not sell your personal information.

We retain information as reasonably necessary for service operation, transaction records, security, dispute handling, and legal obligations. We do not promise a fixed retention period, and we may keep records longer where needed for these purposes.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information. However, no online service can guarantee absolute security.

If you are signed in, you can initiate deletion of your 107ProPilot account and associated personal and learning data from Profile → Account and data. Emailing support is not required to start the request.

When your deletion request is processed and completed, your account and associated personal and learning data will be deleted. Records that must legally be retained, such as transaction, tax, fraud-prevention, or dispute records, may be kept only as required by applicable law.

You may also submit other requests to access or correct applicable personal information by emailing help@flyproaerial.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

This policy may be updated from time to time. When it is updated, the “Last updated” date above will be changed to reflect the most recent revision. See also our Terms of Use and Refund Policy.
