Terms of Use

You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity that occurs through your account.

A purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the purchased training. It is not a transfer of ownership.

You may not:

• share your account or let others use your access;
• copy, reproduce, publish, resell, or distribute course lessons, practice questions, answer banks, or other protected material; or
• scrape or systematically extract content from 107ProPilot.

The Part 107 Exam Readiness 3-Pack provides three practice-exam attempts during its displayed seven-day access period.

Course and bundle access follows the access description presented at the time of purchase. The training is written and self-paced.

Course progress reaches 100% after you complete all published required lessons. 107ProPilot does not currently issue a course-completion certificate. Internal completion status, any badges that may be introduced later, scores, and practice-test results are not FAA credentials.

Purchases are processed through Stripe. Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy, which is linked prominently.

Access may be suspended or revoked for misuse, payment reversal, refund, fraudulent activity, or violation of these terms, subject to applicable law.

Course material may be corrected or updated as regulations, guidance, or instructional needs change.

We do not promise that 107ProPilot will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated in these terms.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ProAerial Media, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of 107ProPilot, and its total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
